YBS-1768PFPE Grease is a high viscosity and long life grease made of high chemical stability perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE) as base oil, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder for thickening, and special anti-corrosion additives refined. 
Fluorine grease is specially developed for machinery with high maintenance cost or in need of continuous operation. It is a kind of efficient, long-life, safe, reliable and excellent performance grease used in the state of super normal cycle. It is mainly used for lubrication of various bearings, gears, chains and transmission machinery parts under the harsh environment of high temperature, high load, strong chemical corrosion and oxidation, and is also suitable for lubrication and dynamic sealing between various valves, cocks, plugs, plastics and metals, metals and rubber parts under the environment of high and low temperatures or chemical corrosive media.
Excellent chemical properties
▲Thermal stability: good viscosity and temperature, applicable temperature is -20℃-280℃ (measurable temperature). It can maintain long-term thermal stability at a high temperature of 280℃ without hardening or deterioration. No chemical decomposition, no carbonization and no deposits below 340℃.
▲Chemical stability: not subject to boiling sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, strong oxidizing agents, water, water vapor, molten caustic alkali effects and erosion.
▲Resin and metal compatibility: chemically stable, does not interact with all metals at a temperature not higher than 206°C, and is compatible with plastics.
▲Oxygen resistance: Superior resistance to liquid and gas.
▲Non-combustibility: no flash point, no spontaneous combustion point, no reaction with oxygen (no spontaneous combustion even in 100% liquid or gaseous oxygen).
▲Radiation stability: excellent radiation stability, passed UF6 test.
▲Stability with Lewis acids: especially in the semiconductor industry, it is very stable to Lewis acids.
Physical properties
▲Superior lubrication performance under extreme temperature, high temperature 175 ℃ zero boundary load can be up to 120KG.
▲Good low-temperature characteristics and viscous temperature performance.
▲With low surface tension, it can lubricate the surface of friction sub-surface very well
▲Good dielectric properties, good insulation properties, dielectric constant of 2.1-2.3, breakdown voltage up to 30 kV.
▲Compatibility: good compatibility with plastics, rubber, and other substances.
▲Low evaporation loss performance.
▲In the 25 ℃ - 50 ℃ water soak 3 hours, no change at all, in 25 ℃ water soak 5 months after the weight of the state have not changed, showing excellent resistance to water performance.
▲Hydrocarbons, water, steam, chemical solvents, acids and alkalis will not dissolve.
▲Decomposition does not occur under mechanical pressure, and the lubricant remains stable, good rolling stability.
▲Life factory, reduce downtime, reduce maintenance costs, save total costs.
Application
●Corrugated paper/paper industry: corrugator, corrugated board mill pivots, corrugated board press roll grooves, corrugator corrugator rolls and pressure rolls.
●Textile industry: tapered gear box of stenter, steamer and dryer bearings, lifting shaft bearings of printing and dyeing machine, chain and gear box of stenter; and
●Mold industry: Thimbles. Row position. Tilt top. Slider. Guide pillar.
●Baking and spraying line: Hanging chain, paint line, spraying line drying box in automobile factory baking and painting workshop.
●Baking equipment: oven conveyor, roller chain, flat refining, flood drying bin, bread baking oven chain.
●Vacuum and high pressure: reciprocating booster pumps, mechanical booster pumps and oil-sealed machine vacuum pumps.
Packaging specification
This product is available in 500g/1kg tin, 800g tube, 10KG drum and 20KG drum. We can also customize OEM package according to customers' requirements.
