Youbangshou YBS-1902G perfluoropolyether fluorine grease is a high-viscosity, long-life grease made of perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE) with high chemical stability as the base oil, thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder, and refined with special solid additives. Fluorine grease is specially developed for machinery with high maintenance costs or continuous operation. It is a high-efficiency, long-life, safe and reliable grease with excellent performance used under extraordinary cycle conditions. It is mainly suitable for the lubrication of various bearings, gears, chains and transmission mechanical parts in harsh environments with high temperatures, high loads, strong chemical corrosion and strong oxidation. It is also suitable for the lubrication and dynamic sealing of various valves, plugs, plugs, plastics and metals, and metals and rubber parts under high and low temperature or chemically corrosive media.

Prepare application parts: New parts are usually coated with organic anti-rust oil or grease during storage to prevent damage. Before use, new bearings should be checked for damage and damage. 2. Cleaning before use: Anticorrosive coating, metal surface rust prevention, they can also prevent grease adhesion, resulting in the movement of the bearing where the grease is thrown out. They will also oxidize and harden, and the debris produced will contaminate the grease. The last cleaning of the components must be completely cleaned with lubricants compatible with the Oil Bangshou series of perfluoropolyether greases or anti-corrosion oils. Failure to do so may result in a shortened bearing life. 3. These greases are compatible with other PFPE/PTFE greases, but PFPE lubricants should not be mixed with other types of lubricants. 4. Perfluoropolyether greases are suitable for long-term high temperature environments, but they also need to be filled regularly, about once every 1-3 months, and the filling amount can be adjusted depending on the length of the filling cycle.
