YBS-1097 Perfluoropolyether oils are totally perfluorinated polyether fluids (PFPF) that are suitable for harsh environments associated with semiconductor processes. Fluorineoils are inert and suitable for applications requiring high temperature stability and low vapor pressure. YBS-1097 has a temperature range of -70C/104C and a viscosity at 40C of 7.8 cSt. It can replace GPL 101.
Pros: Can be used in environments with large temperature fluctuations. Can be used in harsh environments where active or highly corrosive chemicals are present. Very low volatility. Excellent compatibility with lubricating component materials such as metals and plastics as well as good compatibility with sealing materials such as plastics and elastomers. The product does not have any toxicity, no harm to human body and environment. The product can not be burned, no fire and other safety hazards during use.
