Dry Film Lubricant Replace CFD-409Z Special Lubricant For Electronic Digital Accessories

YBS-409Z
YBS-409Z quick-drying lubricant is a lubricant containing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) solid lubricating particles and perfluoropolyether oil, which can lubricate and clean at the same time.
After the solvent evaporates, a layer of uniform PTFE lubricating particles and perfluoropolyether oil with semi-dry temperature oil film is formed. It has a very low coefficient of friction and does not easily absorb dust.

Performance Characteristics
Provide long-lasting and excellent lubrication performance within the range of -40℃~180℃.

No flash point, no spontaneous combustion point.
No carbon deposits at high temperature.
Resistant to steam, strong acid and alkali
Wide material compatibility and extraordinary electrical insulation properties.
Chemically inert substance, insoluble in water and most solvents Can be used with almost any engineering plastics elastomers.
The load capacity is 3 times higher than ordinary lubricants.
Non-ozone depletion, short drying time.
Non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating.
Application
For lubrication of tray slide of CD-ROM and DVD-ROM.
Lubrication of telescopic lenses and internal mechanisms of cameras, video cameras and optical instruments.
Friction lubrication of plastic parts where other wet lubricants are not suitable.
